Porsche 911 GT2 RS (991)
I photographed this one of a kind Chromaflair painted 911 GT2 RS at Graham Rahal Performance earlier in the year at their previous Brownsburg, IN location.
Crossing this bucket-list car off my list, this one lived up to the hype. The GT2 RS is considered to be the ultimate 911 ever made by many Porsche enthusiasts.
The 691 horsepower stock 911
This is the pinnacle of the modern Porsche… not my words, take almost any car enthusiast’s opinion. Porsche tossed aside the traditional GT/RS convention of natural aspiration for the 991 GT2 RS, favoring the advantage of raw horsepower via turbocharging, water injection intakes and dual clutch only transmission. This is Porsche engineering and racing at full throttle.
This particular RS features a one-off Chromaflair gold paint job, which in direct sun captures a range of gold/yellow between slightly green to deep orange… it’s absolutely breathtaking in person. Equipped with the Weissach package from Porsche, it features carbon and titanium replacements throughout the body and interior.
